About exchange/return/cancellation
Basically, you cannot cancel your order once it has been placed, unless the item is out of stock.
Although we thoroughly inspect and manage our products, if a defective product or incorrectly delivered product occurs, we will either return the product or exchange it for the same product.
*Please note that if the product is not available due to the sales status of the product, we may issue a refund.
For inquiries regarding returns and exchanges, please use the dedicated form. (Please note that we will not be able to accept returns for defective products if we do not receive notification within 3 days of receiving the product.)
If you wish to exchange or return an item, please contact us with a photo of the defective part and your order number.
*Even if the customer determines that the item is damaged or dirty, it may not be a defective item due to the characteristics of the product and the nature of the stitching, so please send it to us and we will make a judgment based on the photo. Products that cannot be returned or exchanged
*Also, after checking the photos of the damage and stains, if our shop determines that the damage or stains do not affect wearability, we may not be able to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds as defective items. Please note.
・Returns and exchanges due to customer's convenience (color, size, etc.)
・Products that have been delivered for more than 4 days
- Items with tags and tags removed
・Products that have been worn out by customers due to washing or cleaning, etc.
・Products with odors, dirt, or scratches left by the customer
・Some of the accessories are missing
・Products for which the wrong size was selected by the customer
・Sale items ・Lucky bag items
We do not accept any changes, additions, or cancellations to products after your order is completed.
